  • Article 1 General Provisions
  • 1-1. Purpose
  • These guidelines aim to set up the detailed behavioral standards for Zeus' executives and staff members including the criteria of fair behaviors and value judgement.
  • 1-2. Application Scope
  • These guidelines apply to all Zeus' executives and staff members and its associated companies and partner companies.
  • Article 2. Ethical Responsibilities to Stockholders
  • 2-1. Protection of Stockholders' interest
  • We shall protect the stockholders' investment returns by achieving a stable interest through the efficient and reliable management.
    -. Shall not use the internal information obtained officially in execution of its duty to seek its own interest.
    -. Shall safeguard the stockholders' investment returns through continuos cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • 2-2. Public Offering of Management Information
  • The necessary information for the stockholders according to laws and regulations shall be gone public sincerely in a timely manner and with appropriate measures.
  • 2-3. Protection of Stockholders' Right
  • The stockholders' exercise of legitimate right shall be protected to the fullest.
  • Article 3 Ethical Responsibilities to Clients
  • 3-1. Respect for Clients
  • We shall always respect clients' opinions and do their utmost to satisfy the clients by consistently creating and providing improving values to the clients.
    -. Shall provide the finest quality products and services to the clients so the clients are not discontented.
    -. Shall always think and behavior from the point of clients.
    -. Shall behave properly thinking that clients' interest is linked directly with that of Zeus.
  • 3-2. Protection of Clients
  • We shall protect clients' interest and personal information.
  • Article 4. Ethical Responsibilities for Fair Trade
  • 4-1. Fair Trade
  • All trades and dealings shall be performed according to the principles of free competition provided that the fair and equal opportunities to participate are guaranteed. -. The information about competitors or clients shall be collected by legal and justifiable means.
  • 4-2. Prohibition of Unfair Inducing Practice
  • Under all circumstances, any unethical and inappropriate forced behaviors and power-broking by using prominent positions shall be prohibited.
  • 4-3. Mutual Trust
  • We shall seek the cooperative development based on the mutual trust with the parties to have a transaction.
    -. Selection of partner companies shall be performed in a rational way according to objective and fair judgement standards.
    -. Every transaction shall be taken place fairly on an mutually even footing and thorough consultations on the conditions and procedures of the transaction shall be gone through.
    -. Shall promote the cooperative development through every possible assistance necessary for the partner companies' competitiveness enhancement.

  • 5-1. Contribution to Country and Society
  • We shall sincerely perform the role and responsibilities required by the society and pursue the harmony and cooperation with the community and also cooperative development.
    -. Shall contribute to the national development by the employment creation and sincere tax payment and conduce to the community development by social service activities and welfare works.
    -. Shall give equal employment opportunities to everybody without discrimination against the grounds of educational background, gender and region.
    -. Shall sincerely perform the role and responsibilities required as a member of the country and community.
    -. Shall make a endeavor to fulfill social responsibilities by providing active support on various voluntary services, cultural programmes and all that sort of things.
  • 5-2. Compliance with Regulations
  • We shall respect right social values as a business enterprise and comply with associated governmental and community regulations.
  • 5-3. Protection of the Environment
  • We shall give the priority to the protection of the environment and thoroughly observe environmental standards of the country and region.
  • Article 6 Ethical Responsibilities of Executives and Staff Members
  • 6-1. Maintaining Honor and Dignity
  • We shall behave ethically with morality and honesty having pride and self-esteem as Zeusian.
    -. Shall preserve the honor of Zeusian having a notion that every executive and staff member represent Zeus.
    -. Any inappropriate act or behaviors which can be socially criticized shall be prohibited.
    -. Sahll be aware that the family is the origin of social life and refrain luxury, extravagance, empty formalities and vanity, gambling and excessive drinking and do not use violence.
    -. And kind of sexual harrassment including unwelcome sexual comments causing sexual insult or humilation, any physical contact and all sorts of things shall be prohibited.
    -. Shall respect each other's personality and observe the properties and do not discriminate against regionalism, educational background, kinship, gender and others.
    -. Any behavior encouraging a trend of mutual distrust within a organization by traducing and denouncing of certain persons or spreading canards will not be allowed.
  • 6-2. Distintion between Public and Private
  • We shall make a clear distinction between what is public and private and do not seek its own interests by using its position.
    -. Shall remain impartial in performing its duties by excluding personal feelings and interests.
    -. Receiving from and/or soliciting to the persons concerned the bribery including money, regalement, expediency directly and/or indirectly shall be prohibited.
    -. Utilizing company assets for personal purpose shall be prohibited.
    -. Promoting its own profit by using its duties shall be prohibited.
    -. Neglecting own duties or exceed authorities shall be prohibited.
    -. Engaging in management of and/or financing into other companies who are in directly/indirectly competition with Zeus shall be prohibited.
    -. Investing in and/or having financial dealings with the accounts having interests with Zeus shall be prohibited.
    -. Shall refrain behaviors which can be misleading such as selecting the companies operating by its family or relatives or exercising any influence to make deals with.
  • 6-3. Sound Organizational Culture
  • We shall preserve the organizational culture based on good communication with colleagues, mutual trust and respect.
    -. An offense against public morals and unwelcome sexual comments causing humiliation shall be prohibited.
    -. Loans or debt guarantee between employees shall be prohibited.
    -. Shall try to achieve the trustworthy business climate by considering colleagues as a family and maintaining the faithful relationship between subordinates and superiors through performance of own duties.
    -. Managers will discover their members' talents and abilities and train them as leading experts at their field.
  • 6-4. Information Protection
  • Pursuit for own interests by using closed information obtained in performing duties is prohibited.
    -. Shall never leak any information obtained in execution of duties without prior permission or advanced approval in office and in retirement.
    -. Shall record and report all sorts of information obtained in performing duties accurately and precisely
    -. Copies, installation, use, transmission, saving any illegal software are all prohibited and usin softwares purchased individually is not allowed.
    -. Using the company's information, data, equipment and facilities for personal purpose and other purposes except for the company is not allowed.
  • 6-5. Prohibition of Outside Work
  • Any disruptive behaviors including outside work during the times with Zeus are prohibited.
    -. Any side-job, double-job and establishment or operation of own company is not allowed.
    -. Disclosure of intellectual properties and business knowledge to other companies is not allowed.
    -. Receiving extra remunerations by using the company's products or services is not allowed.
  • 6-6. Respect for Intellectual Property
  • We shall realize the significance of intellectual properties and respect others' rights and make efforts to maintain and protect own rights.
    -. Shall treat others' intellectual property rights with respect and also defend and protect own rights.
    -. Shall endeavor to secure and maintain the company's intellectual property rights and get the prior permission or advanced approval from the company in case that offering the company's intellectual property rights to any third parties is required.
  • 6-7. Political Activities
  • Any political activities as Zeusian is prohibited.
    -. The individual political suffrage and opinions guaranteed by constitution are respected, however, any misleading word or behavior that may be construed as the company's political position is not allowed.
    -. No political activities in the company is allowed and using the company's organization, personnel and property for political purpose is not allowed.
  • 6-8. Self-Improvement
  • We shall make steady efforts to be the right person for the company through ceaseless self-improvement.
    -. Shall seek for the constant innovation through consistent self-development to spearhead changes and creations.
  • Article 7. Responsibilities for Executives and Staff Members
  • 7-1.
  • The company shall respect the personality and thought of its individual executives and staff members and shall not discriminate against gender, educational background, region of birth and others in giving opportunities to develop ones' ability.
    -. Shall make a fair estimation by abilities and achievements and reward fairly.
    -. Shall make best endeavors to create favorable working conditions for its executives and staff members to demonstrate their originality and capability and give full support for training creative talent.
    -. Shall take appropriate measures for the health and safety in performing of duties of its executives and staff members.
  • Article 8. Responsibilities of Observing Ethical Practice
  • 8-1.
  • We shall comply with these guidelines for ethical practice.
    -. Shall take the responsibility for any cases or behaviors against these guidelines for ethical practice including disciplinary action according to the personnel policy.
    -. Shall notify to and consult with the head of the department or Personnel department if any violate behavior against these guidelines is coerce or noticed.
